Fully adjusted: reduced exacerbations vs placebo, no significant difference vs mepolizumab, benralizumab, dupilumab, tezepelumab or omalizumab.

Safety similar across biologics.

⚖️ First ultra-long-acting anti-IL-5 biologic (SWIFT-1/2).

Limitation: indirect comparison, not head-to-head, and focused on exacerbations — not lung function or OCS sparing.

Bottom line: IL-5 blockade with parity, and far fewer injections.
